2024-11-07 LATEST NEWS: CATHEDRAL TOUR TO BE TEMPORARILY SHELVED
Due to the horrific news on November 5th 2024 (Tuesday) which revealed the even more shocking election results in the United States, we at Peace and Love Scooters have had a very good think over the past two days, and we have made the extremely painful decision of shelving our proposed UK Cathedral Tour, which began earlier this month, and saw us visiting Bangor Cathedral (Nov 2nd 2024) and Bristol Cathedral (Nov 3rd 2024), to share the music of three of the best-loved middle-of-the-road music artistes – Michael Learns To Rock, Air Supply, and Rick Price.
We make it very clear that we at Peace and Love Scooters are vehemently, absolutely, and irrevocably AGAINST TRUMP. We are not prepared to waste four years of our lives under this monster under any circumstances.
We are extremely shocked and saddened by the electoral results, and we intend to show full solidarity with our fellow liberals in the USA – and the best way we can do so, is by ceasing all celebratory activity indefinitely, both online and offline, until and unless the situation does change for the better, if at all. And that includes this painful decision of shelving our UK Cathedral Tour.
