20yo Flea and 18yo Charlie are good friends who live in Somerset, England. Flea has a crush on Stefano Pacetti, a 40yo man who works as an assistant in a local NHS clinic. He goes out regularly with Charlie, to catch spiders, fighting fishes and fly kites. Life would be good if not for Trixie Lulamoon, a unicorn and Charlie’s family majordomo, who constantly harasses them by stealing their spiders, fishes, and money with her magic. One day, a visitor from London, Peter, saves the two boys from Trixie. Peter and Flea and Charlie become fast friends. When Trixie confiscates Flea’s favorite fighting spider, Flea is furious and plots revenge. How will he get back at Trixie?
Meanwhile, Tony, Flea’s older brother, works as a waiter. Tony is good-hearted but impetuous. He wants to earn enough so he can take care of him and his asthmatic husband Will, but he is only a waiter. What can he do? |
